    Turnaround

     

    All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order during business hours of M-F / 9am – 5pm.

     

    Carriers

     

    We use Australia Post to deliver our orders so please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

     

    Should you require your order quickly, please contact us via email to contact@thorphillips.com as we can accommodate requests to use a courier, at your cost.

     

    Order Tracking

     

    We do not offer an order tracking service.  All items are sent in good faith by Australian Post’s standard postal service.

     

    Shipping Rates

     

    A flat rate of shipping is charged per order. Within Australia postage is $8 AUD, and for international orders it is $10 AUD

     

    Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, here you are given the option to proceed with the order or to cancel it. 

     

    Back Orders 

     

    If an item goes on back order, we will let you know and ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will let you know and ship you the rest of your order.

     

    You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

     

    Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

     

    How to Return an Item

     

    If you need to return an item, for either a refund or an exchange, please contact us to discuss. No item will may be returned or exchanges if the packaging has been open, unless faulty. You may not return or exchange due to change of mind and we will only refund shipping costs on items that are faulty. In order to accept a return, the item must be in its original unused condition.

     

    If faulty, an item must be returned within 30 days of your purchase. 

     

    How to Exchange an Item

     

    If you have incorrectly placed an order and wish to exchange it, please contact us first.

     

    We will not refund the initial shipping costs or the return shipping costs for the order to be exchanged and resent.

     

    For all exchanges, if applicable, you will be charged the difference in price between the original item and the exchanged item and you will also be charged for the shipping costs.

     

    In order to accept an exchange, the item must be in its original unused condition.

     

    You must return the item, at your cost, within 30 days of your purchase.

     

    Return & Exchange Exceptions

     

    Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
